Maybe the problem is not new members selling something. Maybe the problem is new members buying something - they think cpaptalk's hosting of an ad is an endorsement. this is indeed a tough one. don't know how feasible this is, but establish policy that the seller has to ship and provide a tracking number, THEN pull the trigger on the paypal payment? i realize that the buyer could be a scammer as well, so maybe that won't work. i mean, i get it, as miss e said- h...

With the help from a user on another board, I was able to fix my unit today by replacing the 47V capacitor nearest the long brown capacitors on the top board with the model number on it and not TLP266J. Not all masks have a short hose. i'm curious. is there no way to install one? or would THAT cost a hundred scoots? however, i have just started a new (to me) machine as of jan 18 and it had a new filter in it. so i reckon i'm safe for awhile.
