Same thing for me, average pressure drop with no discernible change in results. I am pretty new at this, so I am wondering if over time I may expect to experience periods of higher events per hour? it's been a month between your posts. what is your ahi now? the whole point of therapy is to get to the lowest ahi you can and still get restful and restorative sleep. sleep doctors...
