I have the variable pressure for relief turned on. Other than that I have no control and I can only think it's the mask. Am I wrong? I suggest that you wear the mask when not sleeping. wear it earlier in the evening while doing other things. reading or watching TV or doing household chores. of cour...

I am a side sleeper. If I roll over to sleep on my back, my back hurts for the next several days. I looked on Amazon for wedge pillows, but they all have a lot of bad reviews saying they are too soft. Do you have anything to suggest?? Thanks,Cb fanny pack with an empty plastic water bottle inside.

Are you saying that my AHI is so low because the APAP is doing it’s job?

Interesting that the results over 2 nights suggest that OSA is NOT my problem, with AHI of 2.05 & 1.63….
keep on the hose and see if things improve for you sleep wise.
