Oscar

Sorry to ask without having searched but...... I don't look at my data often. I did this morning and was surprised to see that the Oscar data is broken into sessions 60-61 minutes long. Looking at CSV download data, this began around Jan of this year. I am using Dream Station 1 and Oscar 1.4.0 64 bi...

Re: Dreamstation One Replacement Foam Assembly (With or Without Foam) now Available on Amazon

I will put in my 2 cents. My wife and I just replaced the part that holds the foam with a like part (Medi....) from Amazon $30 and 2 day delivery. Followed youtube video and the product manual - both of which are good. The only thing to point out is they do not mention in the beginning that some if ...

Re: Dream Station 2 and Oscar Update

I have not been on the forum for a while because things were OK and they still are. When I got my replacement Dreamstation 2, I came looking for the instructions to obtain the clinician's manual for my new machine. I have not been able to find it. Has something changed or do I just need to look hard...

Re: CMS 50D+ download info

Sounds like you are able to record and use the data you want; that is good.

Re: CMS 50D+ download info

First, I have the CMS 550F; second my SPO2 software is version 2.7; third my pulse ox is version 3.7. I think part of the problem begins when you "Turn unit on and put on finger to keep it from turning off." At least for me pressing exit does not turn off the pulse ox and my device does not turn off...

Re: BEST Battery Back-up Option for

"I have a PR System One REMstar AUTO 560 w/ Humidifier which I understand can be powered by DC directly." I have the same equipment. I use the POWERADD Pilot Pro battery for backup and travel. For me this works well because I discovered that I did not need the humidifier. After two years of using th...

Re: Rio Nasal Pillow Mask

On Friday we received the mask and three sizes of pillows in a sealed manufacturer's plastic envelope. Upon opening the envelope, we immediately noticed a strong smell (like latex, silicone or plastic). I was anxious to check it out and I wore it for 10-15 minutes while determining how the straps wo...

Re: Rio Nasal Pillow Mask

Thanks for the replies. My wife and I will each get the mask and five pillows next Tuesday (they are in the mail). My wife uses the P10 for her with large pillows and I use the regular with large pillows. We will definitely "report" our initial observations as well as after about a week. For referen...

Re: Rio Nasal Pillow Mask

I guess this is called a Bump. I am surprised that no one has commented on my post although several have read it. Perhaps they think I am trying to promote the item or sell it. The answer is very simple: when the DME called and asked whether we needed supplies, he asked my wife if she knew about the...

Rio Nasal Pillow Mask

My search skills are probably deficient but I found only one post that mentioned the subject mask. It seems similar to the P-10 which I use now but the straps on the headgear are adjustable. Has anyone used this mask and if so how did you like it?

Re: Battery backup for PRS 560

Keep in mind that lithium ion chemistry differs from lead acid chemistry in that lithium ion batteries degrade when stored at 100% full. Ideal storage is 40 - 50% full, but that doesn't offer much use. A sweet spot seems to be around 80% full. This gives you some use and also reduces the damage don...

Re: Battery backup for PRS 560

I thought I would provide an update to my original post. Last week, I used the batteries which had been stored in their boxes fully charged (100% reading) for about two months. I wanted to understand the likely-hood that they would work when I needed them when pulled from storage. Both delivered two...

Battery backup for PRS 560

I composed this before I saw the thread from Chrisinfp. I PMed him this but did not post it as a reply because I did not want it to get buried. My wife and I use PRS 560 machines which run on 12 volt DC. The humidifier is easily detached and the "blower" works without the humidifier. I wanted a conv...
