Re: Congestion causing mouth breathing

I ditto everything Robysue wrote in her first post.

Re: Vitamin B-12

One's B12 status is a challenge to measure. High levels might actually be a reflection of poor absorption of B12.
Some practitioners measure methymalonic acid as an indicator of B12 status.

You can find lots of information about B12 by functional medicine practitioners.

Re: Not Happy Newbie!

Thanks for mentioning the form of iron you're taking. I just did some reading, and I'm going to switch. Event hough ferrous sulfate has been effective, I'm going to switch to ferrous gluconate or a chelated iron. My body will be happier.

Everyone is comfortable talking about snoring. 2. Tell him you snore & you use a phenomenal machine that prevents you...

Re: Vit D Can be bad for you

Libbylou, My Vitamin D was low. I supplemented with a liquid Vitamin D and over-corrected. I wasn't concerned, because that means the supplement was effective! I backed off, then my Vit D levels went too low again. So now I've adjusted to the dose that keeps me in the 80-range. I hope it's ok to men...

Re: Not Happy Newbie!

I had been very frustrated that I was so very tired. I expected using my CPAP machine that I'd feel more energy. Also, are you taking your iron w/vit C? It helps absorption... I completely agree. I take a liquid Vitamin C It'll take longer than a week to raise your levels. I agree with that also. I ...
