Maybe this sounds like a crazy question, but is it possible you are hearing vibrations from leaks under the mask instead of snoring? (Around here these vibrations are sometimes called "mask farts".)

I started wearing a cervical collar a few weeks ago thanks to threads I read here about how it helped some folks. I love it, and it has really helped to reduce those stubborn residual apneas and hypopneas that I could not eliminate with higher pressure because I have a tendency to develop clear air...

I can breathe at 4cm, it was never a problem I have been at the 4 setting as the min for 10 years. if i can be honest with you i am truly surprised that anyone who has been on cpap for 10 yrs would even want to start out at 4 by now you should be able to start out at your 95% pressure to eliminate ...

Oh, gosh, it was so nice to have the humidity. It was the best thing the first night I tried CPAP. I do have fewer colds with CPAP.
