Re: Airline discrimination-ADA protection & HIPPA protection.

I agree wholeheartedly with what others have said here and I wanted to add that you need to review EXACTLY what HIPPA is and what it means. You seem confused...

Re: CPAP Tubing

Seems to me that the OP asking if he/she can use O2 tubing instead of the normal air tubing with their CPAP machine. I'm sure that the answer is no as these machines are not designed to force air through such a small tube, too much of a restriction.

Re: When urinate SPO2 level drops

Hi, I am a male. Every time I urinate (standing position) my SP02 can drop down to as low as 81% then steadily climbs back up to 98%-99% or so when I am done. Is this normal?  Thanks in advance for the help. Try continuing breathing while urinating. This was my first thought. Sometim...

Re: Resmed Airsense 10 foam breaking apart?

I use a Resmed Airsense 10 without a humidifier, so the side cover is just an air pocket with some foam inside. I was cleaning this portion earlier and I noticed some small black specks inside the air chamber, and then one speck inside the air tube itself. I consulted them and they told me that the...

Re: Climatelineair 11 when will it be available?

My son recently got a Airsense 11 and his DME sent a Climateline heated hose for a Airsense 10 by mistake, it didn't fit and they had to send him a new one as a replacement.

Re: Philips Respironics System One, works great first 5-6 hours, but then when I breathe, feel 'suction'

Philips Respironics System One DS550HS CPAP Machine For the last 5+ years, this CPAP has worked great, I've slept throughout the night and I switch out the hose and mask on a regular basis. However, in the last week, it works great first 5-6 hours, then I wake up-I feel as I breathe, I feel this 's...

I also recommend Xylimelts. I've been using them for a while now and they really help me. In addition, the type of sugar used in this product helps retard the growth of tooth decaying bacteria in the mouth. Win/win.

Re: Happy and Merry Christmas

What egg shortage? Here, prices shifted up, temporarily--now back to normal. Supply was mostly unaffected. Folks here ignored the rumor--nobody hoarded. Maybe we're getting smarter--naw, not a chance. WE haven't experienced a shortage but I was wondering about ChunkyFrog since it was stated that Fr...

Re: AirSense 10 Autoset Humidifier Kaput

Hello all. The humidifier on my 5-year old AirSense 10 quit heating. It's been kaput for months while I've been sorting out Medicare and other issues of my recent retirement. Yesterday, I found a thread on this forum targeting the same issue with some troubleshooting tips. So I removed the plastic ...
