Re: Winter Nasal Congestion
But, with winter starting up, the congestion and resulting headaches have returned. When you have congestion, does your AHI change significantly? Are your tracking your AHI with OSCAR or SleepHQ? Or at the least, checking it on the machine's display? I normally would say see an ENT. But, if your CP...

You don't say which humidity setting you are using in winter. ???
Which machine and hose (heated/not heated) you are using?

Re: Sleeping on back ok using full Face mask?
reading articles, watching videos, etc that insist that back sleeping is harmful to those with sleep apnea-- Even if one is wearing a mask. Bulldonkers! You have proved them wrong: I have been using CPAP therapy for the past 2 years and sleep mostly on my back. I feel my numbers are good and AHI is...

First things to check,
I'm not offended when people call me Captain Obvious.
SD card should be unlocked and fully seated.
Airplane Mode should be off.
Try unplugging the machine and starting again.

Re: Resmed AirTouch N31i vs. AirFit N30i comments please
I just received the new Airtouch n30i. Everyone is different but for me the cushion is more comfortable than the all silicone cushion. What is the cleaning routine? I am concerned that the fabric would get dirty quickly and be difficult to clean. With a silicone mask, you just use an alcohol wipe e...

Re: Problem transitioning from ResMed S8 to Philips Dreamstation
Do you (or anyone) think that fiddling with Flex features might help? I don't know. This is puzzling: suffocating ... during inspiration That's usually an indication that the pressure is too low. suffocating during ... expiration That's sometimes an indication that the pressure is too high. You are...

You could get a free account at SleepHQ.com, upload the data on your SD card, and post the link in this thread. We could try to analyze the reports.

Re: Resmed AirTouch N31i vs. AirFit N30i comments please
No, I use the AirFit F30i. Great mask. No cloth liner needed. Leaks not a problem. Are you thinking you need the cloth cover that is built-in to the N30i? For leak prevention or comfort? I don't think it would be needed for leak prevention. Nor for comfort unless with sensitive skin. YMMV I try to b...

Re: FitLife Total Face CPAP/BiPAP Mask
Has anyone tried this full face mask and what do you think of it? I have used the F20 for years and keep having recurring nose bridge problems. I have resorted to using band aids for protection. Rich It's a very unpopular mask. Why not try a full-face mask that doesn't touch the nose bridge? Exampl...
