Re: Fairly new user wondering what to try next?

1. Don't worry about the CAs. They probably happen when you are awake. In which case, they are harmless. You do NOT have central apnea. 2. Don't worry about the leaks unless they are above 40 lpm for lengthy periods. Are they awakening you? 3. 24 lpm leak might be the "official" standard, but wise P...

Re: Wired (or wireless) remote for Resemed Airsense 10

I plugged it in again, and restarted the unit. The device resumed logging data, appending to the prior session. Same result as if I pressed the OFF button on the unit. I've had the same experience. cutting the power prevents the cooldown from running The purpose of the "cooldown" is to dry condensa...

Maybe I don't understand what you accomplished, but wouldn't it have been simpler and cheap ($11) to buy a remote on/off switch? https://www.lowes.com/pd/PRIME-Prime-Bl ... 1000515527

Anyone else have anything similar, heard of anything similar or have any suggestions?
You should start your own thread instead of hijacking RatedPG's post. It gets confusing trying to help two people in one thread.

Tried 3 different FFMs
You should find the exact mask model on YouTube.com. Watch some videos on fitting and adjusting.

Re: What to do with second machine?

So I got the Cpap machine deal for autoset 10 but I currently have a 11 and like it. It still smells like burnt plastic though and I’ve always liked the air sense 10 more. I have 3000 hrs on my machine I think . Would this new machine be good in the box for another 3 years when mine wears out or sh...

Re: Long time user.

I have the machine on airplane mode. Can the tell where the machine is? As long as you keep the machine in Airplane mode 24 x 7, nothing uploads. If you take it out of Airplane mode for just a short time, it might upload your data. I came home this morning to a message on the machine that says “you...

FDA has to work hard to earn my trust again.
The FDA does not test any medical equipment. They rely on data submitted by the applicant.

This is a Philips problem, not an FDA problem.

Re: Another help request - rkt charts

Looking at the averages, probably need to set my mins to 11 or slightly above that mark - i recently lowered them to see if anything new was going on. Not sure why my for her machine is set max to 15, going to up that. My recollection is that I didn't used to be so leaky, so need to figure out what...

Granny- I’m not insisting on anything.
My comment was hyperbolic.

You are a good 'un. I like the way you are helping your wife. I also like the way you are approaching the challenges and working with the people here who are helping you.

Re: Possible incorrect Event analysis

Since you insist on posting the image in the thread and not just the link (Pugsy will be happy with you., Pugsy.), here's a little trick. - Right-click on your image in the thread. In the dropdown box that appears, click on copy that image. Paste that URL into the image box. It never fails to...

Less REM/Less Delta/More Awakenings = Neurodegenerative Disease

Neurodegenerative diseases were clearly associated with less REM and Delta sleep and more awakenings in this study. ---> https://academic.oup.com/sleep/advance-article/doi/10.1093/sleep/zsad304/7449615 https://oup.silverchair-cdn.com/oup/backfile/Content_public/Journal/sleep/PAP/10.1093_sleep_zsad30...
