Going on the little info you offer, I would refuse any philips respironics machine.
Insist on Resmed--not "res-something else".

I would not totally discount "confusion" on their part.
Whatever they like to call it!
I would also see if you have any alternative to Lincare,
because their reputation is anemic, at best.

I alternated for a good portion of the first year.
Eventually, I was able to find masks that fit better without pain.
I have used the p10 for several years now.

The headgear loosens up quickly, and needs to be adjusted--
And changed out to a clean one rather often.

I learned very early on to never to handle parts when I'm sleepy
to avoid breaking things.
