I went ahead and ordered the polar foam. I think the Genesis polar foam is just a newer foam. It's probably better but the other one cost less and I thought it might be almost as good.

I have to fly to see one set of grandchildren. They're worth putting up with TSA. I had one bad experience with the junk pat down last July when I used lotion before packing my CPAC. I'm glad to see attitudes toward TSA have changed since then.

The surgery didn't get me any time off my cpac.

My question doesn't seem to be posting. I'm wondering if it's possible to bypass insurance and just buy replacement parts on our own. Insurance slows things down.

A TSA agent asked me if I noticed that they didn't take the CPAP to swab it. He said that they have new technology that allows them to check it when it goes down the conveyor belt. It's more convenient. They just have new technology, not new rules.
