Looking for a better mask

Hi, I am an old member, and I began using a CPAP machine in 2009. It has become second nature for me. The only caveat is the masks. I cannot use a full face mask or anything that goes around my mouth and chin. I am overweight and getting older. In other words, extra meat and fluffy in that area. I u...

Re: Chinstrap helps Stop Mouthleaks, but Now Teeth Hurt!

The solution to your problems might be trying a FF mask! That's what they were designed for. An Amen! back to you LSAT. There seems to be much time and trouble invested in this forum to avoid the excellent solution of a full face mask. Bob3000, if you can get the chinstrap to work, good for you. Bu...

Re: Losing your short term memory ? - thats life !

Lynk. What is PSG? I kept researching and found out a little more about memory problems and I found out that my short term memory problem is normal for aspies. I found out that are two different ways to remember things, the "remember" and the "knowing". Most of the adults with asperger have problems...

Re: Losing your short term memory ? - thats life !

My biggest problem now is mutli-tasking (or focus) which could also be ADD or AAD (Adult Atten. Disorder) not sure if AAD is real or not. If fact it is Ritalin to which they attribute my sudden turn for improvement. A drug I told the doc I didn't want to take. She conned me into trying it Gumbyct, ...

Question for headrest users

Hi, I am using comfortlite original and having some pain in my nostrils. I think the silicon for the nose pillows is to rigid and causing friction. I put lansinoh but it is not helping much. I am wearing size 4. I wonder if you guys using the headrest have some similar problem or the headrest is pla...

Re: Nighttime bathroom/potty breaks

Have you change the time zone settings? I had a similar problem before I didn't change it, I have my therapy split in two even if I didn't stop the machine. If I have to go to bathroom or for any reason stop the machine, it will show a pause, but it will continue. You even see the pulse graph for th...

It is breathable but it is not meant to be a help to breath through. The idea is to let air pass through to help air ...
