Re: No New Posts Since Tuesday

Well what do you expect. Sleep apnea and Cpap stuff which is mostly the subject of this forum is not really all that exciting unlike something like video games. I guess the slowness in these forums means people are sleeping better and not having too many issues. Since you have made dozens of posts ...

Re: Bradycardia and Sleep apnea

With a full face mask you would not need a chinstrap.

Re: Is there a better CPAP device for me?

Sounds like you need a better fitting mask, not a better machine. You already have the best machine out there.

Re: AirSense AutoSet or AirCurve Vauto for OSA?

I have read many testimonials from those with basic OSA claiming that switching to bilevel from APAP has improved therapy. I wonder if bilevel may be better by lessening flow limitations as seen on N2 waveforms. I have been experimenting for six weeks with an AirCurve in Vauto mode using PS 3 as op...

VAUTO is not needed for basic OSA. Why do you think it's better?

How do you deal with the condensate that accumulate in the nasal mask and wont drain away. It keeps waking me up as I end up breatingvit in through whichever nasal passage is closest to the water.
Have you reduced your humidity setting? Are you using a standard or heated hose?

Re: Air Pressure, help!!!

How do I decrease pressure, back to the primary pressure from the machine's initial start setting, after having an apnea episode? Scenario: I have an episode. The pressure increases and then stays at that pressure blowing too hard and the mask leaks creating noise and squeaking. Keep in mind, that ...

Re: Auto on/off: consensus on reliability? (Airsense 11)

I stopped using the auto on/off feature on my AS 10 when I realized it wasn't perfectly realiable. I have an AS 11 now, and it's still turned off. Problem is, _I'm_ not perfectly reliable either, and was thinking of turning it on again. Is there a consensus as to the reliability of this feature? I ...

Re: Where is the AirSense 12?

If I were ResMed I would release a new model every 5 years as that is about time when most insurance and providers will allow you to replace your machine. That's rediculous...You release a new product when there are new features that will benefit users...not on a time schedule. My Airsense 10 is 7 ...

Re: Has anyone figured out how to make an AirSense 11 stop popping with every breath?

I don't understand the posts telling about the Airsense 10 when the poster explicitly asked a question about his Airsense 11.
