With your S11 running and your humidifier set at a high level, pull out your water tub and "carefylly" touch the metal warming plate. If it is warm or hot, the humidifier is working. If it is not...call your supplier.

Sounds like you need a better fitting mask, not a better machine. You already have the best machine out there.
