Re: Eclipse Mask intro video in Less Than an Hour

Can halos be reapplied, or do you need to use a new pair nightly?

Re: Anyone Else Referred to Sleep Study By Psychiatrist

Wow! This thread was created such a long time ago that I had actually forgotten about it until I just recently rediscovered it here. I have been absent from this forum (which was the only one at the time - from what I can remember) since shortly after my last post in 2006. My CPAP therapy has gone s...

Rita,

Congrats on the great numbers. I guess the real question is - how do you feel?

That's funny...... I can no longer find a web page for the M series, and a search for it on the Respironics website turns up nothing. Wonder if it's been cancelled?

Laurel, Your story sounds similar to mine. Great news that you are finally being treated for your OSA. Just the fact alone that you feel good enough to start decreasing some of your meds is very inspiring. And it's fantastic that you are sharing your experiences of OSA, and how it relates to depress...

Wow....... I wonder if you can feel it when it activates? It'll be interesting to get some real world results from this.

M Series Respironics

Does anyone have the skinny on when the new Respironics M series machines will be out? Looks like I'll have to purchase an APAP out of pocket due to my doctor's unwillingness to change my script from a CPAP, and I would prefer to purchase the latest and greatest (yes, that would be subjective). How ...

Thanks Jerry

Jerry

What a great thread this has been! It has convinced me the benefits of APAP while describing many of the intricacies and idiosyncrasies of this type of machine. Thanks for keeping the data flowing, and the time and effort it took to share it with all of us.

Thanks to everyone for their input. I'm seeing, at the very least, a correlation between depression and OSA. I think it's a common symptom of sleep apnea and should be treated as, at least, a possible indicator for it by ALL medical professionals. If you happen to know of someone that has been diagn...

What is it with Doctors not liking APAP's? It's driving me crazy trying to persuade my doctor to change my script to an APAP. We shouldn't have to beg for something that is obviously more beneficial - especially over the long run when things such as body weight and various medical issues can change....
