my in lab sleep study showing me asleep for 9 hours but it felt like I only had 5 hours.
9 hours in bed but only 6 hours 12 minutes asleep. Your impression was pretty close. Sleep efficiency at 70% is rated as "poor" and so feeling like you only had 5 hours is totally valid.

I changed the range to be tighter because I thought the lower max range would help for pressure related arousals.
How would that work?

Can you see if I am still experiencing a lot of arousals?
Speaking of July 2, looks more to me (using The Sleep Parameter That We Made Up Because That's All We Got) that half the night isn't even something that one would call sleep.

Re: Just an observation...but who is going to tell him..

Since both Biden and (apparently) Trump suffer from sleep disorders the score is even and we can keep this non-partisan. Just like a presidential candidate needs to make a financial disclosure, (s)he should have to make a medical disclosure. Also, the max should be 75 years at the NORMAL end of the...

There are the rare few I'm sure, but probably a very small percentage of those who make the claim.
Right. Only 1% of the population are "short sleepers" (4 to 6 hours per night). Interestingly, I happen to be one (as well as an ASPS).

There is an afternoon circadian dip where just about everyone feels like a nap, especially if sitting...
