Re: Canada supplier papsmart.com
I order from this one in Surrey, BC. They respond via email fairly quickly and have provided excellent service so far including returns. The prices are amazing compared to my DME: $100 dollars for a mask the DME charges $360 for and $899 for a machine the DME charges $3500 for. They also have a Bric...

Re: Can a Woman Use ResMed Air Sense 10??
I used a loaner "For Her" for 10 months. The RT at the DME was messing with my pressure settings (it belonged to them)--they said that that they couldn't get insurance to pay for my own machine until they could prove the treatment was working. I finally changed it myself. They left me alone after I ...

Re: Silk pillowcase for cpap pillow
The majority of pillows for CPAP users come with custom-fitted pillowcases ---> https://www.amazon.com/s?k=pillows+for+cpap+users&crid=18WME2MDZC7BN&sprefix=pillows+for+use%2Caps%2C168&ref=nb_sb_ss_ts-doa-p_1_15 I see what you mean. Mine did come with a white form fitting zippered cover. I still pu...

Re: Silk pillowcase for cpap pillow
I didn't know special pillowcases were necessary or even available. I use regular pillowcases on my cpap pillow. I have a silk one and cotton ones, depending on which ones are being washed.

Re: Does actual benefit matter in Medicare CPAP compliance?
All I am saying is that there is no law that says that sleep centers have to be logical in their choices, and that if I provide them with a negative subjective sleep report, despite low AHI data, they MIGHT just decide "well, the ASV machine is successful treating his apneas, and yet it isn't helpi...

Re: Setting the Correct Time
I don't like messing with the clock twice a year because a while back I really screwed up the calendar when doing a time change and put the date forward and couldn't change it back without erasing old data. So now I just change the way OSCAR reports the time with the clock drift feature in OSCAR tw...

Re: Setting the Correct Time
Even if NOT in airplane mode the machine can't auto adjust for daylight savings time changes. For the AirSense/AirCurve 10 clock changes we MUST do it manually if we want to change the clock. Airplane mode only affects the transmission of data to the MyAir website. Doesn't affect the clock at all. ...

Re: Setting the Correct Time
I would never have figured this out if not for this thread! I was trying in the morning. When I got my new machine, they gave it to me with the wrong time...along with other incorrect settings that I had to fix. How to get the time adjusted after setup was not clear. I am about to go try to change t...

Re: The new F & P Solo nasal pillow mask
Super easy to switch out under the nose cushion Solo's for the nasal pillow version. No different than changing sizes of either. They snap right in. As far as high pressures and nasal pillow masks......I know people using bilevel machines with starting minimum pressures over 20 and using nasal pill...

Re: The new F & P Solo nasal pillow mask
Hi Pugsy, Thanks for that review. I would like to be able to read or watch a video with the mask on and my full face mask (though I like it otherwise) interferes with my vision and glasses are out of the question with it on. The airfit p30i hurts and the tech at my local provider tells me that my pr...

Re: Smoker? Don't smoke around your CPAP!
You were the victim of child abuse! Everyone smoked in the 1960's. it was practically a requirement. growing up, we men folk had heroes in the movies and tv who smoked and drank heavily. thank god i got over that! In the early 70s, a doctor recommended that my mother start smoking to calm her nerve...

Re: AirSense 11 AutoSet arrived, a few questions
I have run completely out of water in the humidifier twice in the last month and it is extremely close to empty most nights. The nights it ran dry, I used the machine for just over 7 hours. Waking up to a dry humidifier gave me a miserable headache. That said, the temperatures went down to -44 celsi...

Instead of linking to the Sleepfiles/OSCAR landing page, direct link to the actual install files. ie.
