Thanks for the info. I'll read the link you provided soon. In my OSCAR data, based on the chart you shared, I could have some "possible" flow limitations. They don't quite look that exaggerated though. It won't let me attach screenshots. They're just PNGs under 100kb... I'll try again later. I belie...

Will Flow Limitations caused by UARS Show Up in Oscar?

Wouldn't increased respiratory effort essentially increase pressure in your airway and keep the flow rate in your nostrils looking the same? I'm wondering because I'm trying to self titrate for UARS. I feel no better and see nothing in the OSCAR data to indicate flow limitations.

Cardioballistic effect makes total sense. I've had a few treatment induced central apneas and the signal doesn't go flat, it just looks janky/noisy. So, yeah, heart rate telegraphing its pulsation through my airway fits. Thank you!

What's with this janky flow rate?

I'm pretty sure I have UARS based off of two WatchPat studies (which showed RDI > 30 and low AHI) as well as symptoms that fit perfectly. After much research, I bought a Resmed 10 Vauto and I'm trying to self titrate because it's freaking impossible in Canada to find help. You could have 1000 RERAs ...
