Re: Still Tired after 1 year + Analysis

Here are the results for tonight.
Today I felt badly awake and physically tired around 5:00-6:00 p.m.

Re: Still Tired after 1 year + Analysis

I also add these statistics for the night recorded with the oximeter.
The 95% seems normal to me, but the 16% seems worrying to me.
What do you think?

I will try to do one night with the oximeter and I will post the results.

Re: Still Tired after 1 year + Analysis

I did my first night with the oximeter. I didn't have a very good night, I slept only 7 hours.
I changed the finger oximeter overnight (perhaps it may have changed some specific values)
I don't know what to think of my scores for the two new graphs.

Re: Still Tired after 1 year + Analysis

Thanks, I will stay on the Polux PO-300, the PO-200 device does not seem to have a USB connection to transfer data to PC.
I will post SpO2 data next.

Re: Still Tired after 1 year + Analysis

Did you ever ask your doctor to have your oxygenation monitored -- both when awake and when asleep? During my polysomnography, there was indeed an oximetric evaluation. I'll give you the numbers: - Number of desaturations per hour of sleep: 9.4 - Average saturation 92% - Time under 90%: 0.7% of tot...

Re: Still Tired after 1 year + Analysis

Thanks for your reply. What happened at 4? What are your conclusions? With this test, there are almost no leaks. The average leak is close to 00 l/min. On the other hand, there are many more flow limitations than the other times...which means that the pressure is too low. Did you try going up from 7...

Re: Still Tired after 1 year + Analysis

Hello everyone, I come back to you after several weeks. I kept the pressure at 7 with EPR 1 (two weeks) then 2. It's generally the same, few leaks. However, I always feel tired during the day, not awake. I have trouble concentrating too. I did a test yesterday, I set the pressure to 4 (still with EP...

Re: Still Tired after 1 year + Analysis

Hello everyone, I join you the last two nights in capture. I still use mouth strips with medical tape over them. - There are far fewer leaks than at the start. However, it is very variable depending on the night, sometimes there is still and this night very little. Are these leaks normal when using ...

Re: Still Tired after 1 year + Analysis

I received the strips for the mouth, I started using them. Looking at the results, fewer leaks. This sometimes peeled off at night with the saliva. I added over it, (medical) tape over it. It always peels off a little during the night but less. I also sometimes feel my mouth/cheeks swelling with air...

Re: Still Tired after 1 year + Analysis

Review of the last days. I kept the pressure constant for now. However, I changed the humidifier level from 5 to 3. I don't know if that helped but I feel a little better. I yawn less and I have less desire to take a nap. - Saturday-Sunday, I had a correct energy. I managed not to take a nap. Yet I ...

Re: Still Tired after 1 year + Analysis

- Concerning the leaks, it is always very low since the constant pressure (except Wednesday, where the rate is close to 15%, see screenshot). - The AHI is always below 3. - No improvement with constant pressure at 6.8 (same as 6.2). Yesterday, after work, I dozed off at 5:30 p.m. for 40 minutes. I w...

Re: Still Tired after 1 year + Analysis

Thank you for all these valuable tips. I will change a parameter every week.
For now, I'm at constant pressure (6.8).
No real improvement, yet I sleep a lot.
I will try another setting next week. I also receive my mouth strips at the end of the week.
I'll keep you informed.

If there are even fewer leaks (and fewer large leaks) than with 6 or more.

Re: Still Tired after 1 year + Analysis

So, Am I testing 6.4-6.6 for example? Or I can also test less than 6?

Re: Still Tired after 1 year + Analysis

Yes I was in automatic pressure for a year and a half. And I was always tired, muddy.
I posted some screenshots on the front page. There were a lot of large leaks.
Switching to constant pressure at 6 reduced Large Leaks from 15% to 2-3% (see 0.5%). But the fatigue is still present.
