Hi...newbie here trying to download OSCAR. I'm running a Macbook using Catalina v10.15 but when I try to install/open OSCAR I get an error message - "OSCAR cannot be opened because developer cannot be verifield. macOS cannot verify that this app is free from malware". Is there a workaround for this...

a simple google search (oscar apnea change language) would have given you the requested answer. In the Aide menu, simply select "Changer de langue", then select Français.
