Try the travelhose instead of the suppled hose. I am not sure why, but it reduces the Z2 mask noise appreciably.

I’ll toss in a data point which may or may not be useful. I used my Z2 this past weekend for one night using the HDM/Breas battery (which is rated 99Wh). My settings were APAP, min 12cm, Z-breath 3. I slept for 8+hrs with a 95% pressure of 13. Two bars remained on the battery in the morning meaning,...

I have a Z2 as my travel machine. It's light and has low power requirements so its great for airplane use/short biz trips/camping/back-up. But like most travel machines, there are compromises. There is no data card, no humidifier and it's noticeably noiser than a full size machine. I also find that ...

Rob K, nine nights on the Renogy is impressive! My pressure is set at 12 on the Z2 so I imagine I would get somewhat less endurance but I would be happy to get several days from a battery that is less than 3lbs. Thanks for sharing.
