Which model name S9 machine do you have?
What operating system is on your computer?
What/where are you at in the process where you fail?

We need to know exactly which S9 machine you have.

Please look at the top of your machine and compare what it looks like to this image:

What does your machine say right above the on/off button?

There's about 8 different S9 models....what does it say up next to the LCD screen? Escape, Elite, AutoSet, VPAP....to name a few

Does it say missing dll files? Did you unzip the folder? There's no installer yet in that version.
Is this where you got the download?
This Windows version...top one

You will have to unzip the files...then go find the application.exe file. This version works just fine on my Win 7 computer.

If you still run into trouble check out RobySue's detailed guide. See if maybe you are missing a step.

If you want ResScan just send me a private message.

What do you mean by "sleep head.com?" If you're talking about SleepyHead, there's no such web site related to it. http://sleepfiles.com/SH is the site for SleepyHead.

Once you have extracted the files go into the main folder and scroll down to the bottom and look for the application exe file and click on it to open

Q: What's the scariest thing in the world?
A: Getting on an airplane, and just as they're closing the door, noticing a Windows logo on the cockpit display in front of the pilot.

Talk about blue screen of death.
