-Some mornings, I feel like a de-fragmentation program has been running in my brain overnight, and everything is more efficient and clear.
-I noticed that I can type fast again.
-I think I am spending longer periods of time outside in the evening with my dog and my son.
-Some of my dojo workouts have been really over the top.
-Still feeling fatigue most days, as well as brain fog and some anxiety. But less than before.
-I have realized that the effects of APAP treatment are not instantaneous by any means.

Re: UARS treatment progress, beginning week three
Well if you minimize SDB/UARS with your APAP treatment, you'll likely have better 'consolidation' of REM and non-REM sleep. That is to say, your sleep will be less 'fragmented' and so you are literally de-fragmenting your brain!!MarchWinds wrote:-Some mornings, I feel like a de-fragmentation program has been running in my brain overnight, and everything is more efficient and clear.
