Sleepmapper Installer Downloads won't install

Good Evening

I am trying to install the sleepmapper installer. I see it download but I keep getting the same message that an error has occurred installing PCMDCA. I permitted it
through the firewall and the anti virus says it's 100% safe. ANyone have any ideas?
