Cpap bed pillow

I tried to search but couldn't find anything other than nasal pillows.

had anyone used one of these?

I'm a side sleeper and at times will offset my wisp (or whatever mask is working for me that evening).

I tried something similar and didn't like it. The pillow I love and have been using for 2 years is the buckwheat hull pillow from pur-sleep. It is very firm, but can be shaped to fit. As with most pillows you need to sleep with the mask at the edge of the pillow. Take a look....I think there is a video...

Thats awesome! I like the fact that its stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I might have missed it but do you know offhand how thick this is?

So this ones a little more than 5 inches thick?

The buckwheat pillows aren't overly "tall" if that is what you mean by "thick".
I have used the Regenisis buckwheat pillow for probably close to 5 years now. The nice thing about it is with the hulls being moveable you can scrunch them up and make the pillow "taller" if you need to or flatten them out and make it less tall. That way the cervical spine stays nice and straight and supported no matter if you are on your side or on your back.
I don't have big shoulders but when I am on my side the bed pillow needs to be a little "taller" to support my neck than it needs to be when I am on my back or stomach.
If a person needs a much taller buckwheat hull pillow they can add even more hulls to it to make it taller.
Also the ability to move the hulls around lets me make a little "nest" of sorts for the mask to rest in and not have pressure on it when I am on my side.

I have also used a water based pillow....MediFlow (ChiroFlow)....with good success. Can't move it to make a nest but the top layer doesn't put much pressure on the mask so not really a problem. It's a little taller to start with than the buckwheat pillow.

I keep both the buckwheat hull and the water based pillow on my bed and use which ever one happens to feel better for my neck at any given time. I have some rather serious cervical spine issues that sometimes need a little more special attention and would likely do that even if I didn't use cpap therapy. When I go somewhere and have to use a more traditional pillow my neck usually tells me that it doesn't like traditional pillows.

The hulls are loose so you can shape the pillow anyway you want. I have the larger pillow and can move most of the hulls to one side if I want the pillow thick and hard.

I have cervical spine issues, and for the last 6 years or so I have used a Tempurpedic pillow (high-end memory foam). Early this year, I was diagnosed with OSA, and as a side sleeper have had no issues adapting to it with this pillow. I don't know about pillows and nasal masks, but with my FF it's easy peasy.. doesn't occlude the venting system or dislodge the mask.

I'm a side sleeper and have always used a latex foam pillow, still do with no problem.
