Please just spam remove spammers instead of giving them more free air time. Now the nitwad's spam is stuck here until Carolyn can fix it so it never shows up again and that's a lot more work for Carolyn. It's cleaner if we just spam remove it and don't respond and don't quote and then it goes out into never never land...just like this travel agent's other spam got removed not long ago. I thought we had him blocked but I guess we missed him.

I guess now's a good time to explain to newbies what the "spam" button is because you are likely wondering what we are talking about so here goes.

The forum owners let us police the spammers with our own personal spam removal button...If you don't see a spam button on your screen and have been registered here at the forum less than 90 days...don't worry...after 90 days you will get a spam button and you can remove obvious spam at your discretion. It's supposed to only be used for spam though...don't use it to remove another legit members comments just because they piss you off. No matter how tempted you are to do that. Don't worry, it's really hard to spam delete something by accident because it acts for verification "are you sure you want to delete" before the final deletion.

Spam is sometimes obvious and sometimes not so obvious so when in doubt....just leave it...don't respond and someone with more experience will likely come along and make the decision for you. This guy here...obvious spammer as his first post included a link to a travel agency. Probably was planning to come back and sneak it in here or maybe add it to his signature which is an often tried trick which doesn't fly either.

Sometimes they (the spammer) will make some sort of cpap like comment and then sneak their business link in signature line...they get removed to. Sometimes they simply agree or even copy/paste something in previous comments. They are hoping we won't catch links added later or in the signature line.
We have been trying to block these people whenever we can so they can't come back...at least with the current screen ID. We know they can use another email address and another screen name but we do what we can to make them work harder.

Sometimes it's spam and the person doesn't register....sometimes they just type gibberish....sometimes they just type "hi and bye" ...they all get removed.
When in doubt...leave it alone and don't respond. Once someone responds in a thread the removal process isn't nearly as clean.

Some are really easy to spot though....like the escort/call girl...exotic playmate stuff.
