Welcome ddbugger

You'll find a lot of help here - best to complete your profile (se mine below) to help folks help you. It's under profile - equipment and is mostly pull down stuff.

Good luck

I updated my profile. I just need to know if I need to turn the humidity up or down or just experiment?

You can turn it up, down or sideways (if that fits ), and you can turn it off forever if you find you don't need it... it's entirely up to you.

Well if I was having dry sinuses (which I assume you mean dry nasal mucosa) and nose bleeds I would experiment to see what humidity level might help and the first experiment I would do would be to add more moisture to the air I was breathing.
If something is dry we add more water.

How much more depends on what current settings are and if you are using the Climateline heated hose.

What is your climate? Do you take aspirin?
