Weird Night

Post by library lady » Wed Aug 06, 2014 10:15 am

I did a weird thing last night; weird because it hasn't happened since my first two weeks of therapy. Woke up this morning to find my mask and hose all curled up on top of the machine. After I thought about it for a minute, I remembered doing it, but I have no idea why. Then, according to sleepyhead, it showed only 3.5 hours of sleep. I did sleep well, and AHI was 1.17(OAs only) leak line almost always flat.

I didn't sleep as well after that, I know. Not going to obsess about it as stuff happens, and it tells me that I do sleep better with therapy.

the last time this happened to someone, they claimed they never do anything neatly, yet there it was, all neatly coiled up...

we blamed pugsy's renegade aliens what she refuses to corral.... something about "better you guys than me".

Well, I'd like to blame the aliens for taking it off, but I can't because I do have the vague recollection of doing it!

My goodness... come here and you learn something new every day.

Years ago I would have had an entirely different definition of "brownies".

I'll welcome both kinds. Even the ones with chocolate chips and pecans would be nice--don't really need weed just yet.
The little workers would also be nice, but I'd need a heads up so the dog won't freak out.

Rest assured, all of them have moved over here for the night.
old Zorba there just sulked off into the Aegean, totally oblivious to the obvious.

Could be a sign that your machine was failing or had a problem during the night.

One of the things that happened during the two nights when my CPAP was failing was that I took it off during the night and was surprised to find it taken off during the night.

If this happens again, check your equipment.
