So my wife is still complaining that I am snoring and to be honest most night I get 7 1/2 -8 hours sleep and I still feel tired. Is cpap working correctly? I know I do occasionally open my mouth because I will wake up with a super dry mouth.
Here is a snap shot from another day.....

Re: Interpret Sleep Data **Help
I'm not the best one to interpret this, but I will say that Sleepyhead indicates that I'm still snoring, even though my numbers otherwise look good. Last night's AHI was 1.2. I'm 5 months out from starting this journey, and I know that I'm sleeping better, not waking up much at night, etc. Most nights now my AHI is 3 or below. Don't know why I'm still snoring, but if the numbers are in the right place, I've decided it's not a big deal since I'm not keeping anyone awake... I understand the desire to stop snoring for the benefit of a bed partner.

Re: Interpret Sleep Data **Help
Technically speaking your PAP is indeed doing its job since your AHI < 5 and your leaks are under control.
NOTE ABOUT LEAKS: You are using PR System One RemStar AUTO which reports Total Leaks, and Total Leaks include the intentional leaks for your mask. The gold colored curve in the Leak graph is the Total Leak Graph and it is an EXCELLENT leak line even though it looks like it's pushing that (irrelevant) red line. (The Red Line is relevant for RESMED S9 users, and your machine is NOT a Resmed S9. So ignore it.) You leak line indicates that any mouth breathing issues are MINOR and that you are not leaking massive amounts of air out of an open mouth. There's no reason to change masks based on this leak line. Dry mouth issues do still need to be addressed; Biotene might help, although with the new formula, Biotene is less effective than it once was.
Next: There is still snoring going on. You might need a pressure increase to eliminate the snoring. You should report the fact that you are still snoring to your sleep doc and see what s/he says.
Next: How long have you been using your PAP? Paping is a process and it does take time. If you've only started, you need to be aware that it takes most people a few weeks to a couple of months to sort everything out and start sleeping well with the machine. And you have to be sleeping well with the machine before you're going to notice much improvement in how you feel during the daytime.

Turn off or adjust the red line for leak so that it correlates with your Respironics machine.
24 L/min red line is for ResMed S9 machines. It seems to be a default setting. You can turn it off or adjust it to suit your machine.
Your minimum pressure is likely sub optimal to prevent the collapse of the airway. The presence of the snores indicates that the airway is trying to collapse. While the collapse doesn't seem to progress to large numbers of full apnea events which would give a higher obstructive AHI....it could be enough to disturb sleep and/or affect how a person might feel during the day.
You likely need a little more minimum pressure.
It doesn't always take a lot of mouth breathing to dry out the mouth. Dry mouth can happen even with full face masks.
Your leak line is actually quite decent. Unless leaks are waking you up they are unlikely to be affecting your therapy.
Large leak territory with the Respironics machines is up around 80 L/min give or take a little either way. On these reports you don't ever seem to come close to large leak territory so unless leaks are disturbing sleep or the dry mouth is disturbing sleep I doubt leaks are the issue.

Pressure too low. Increase 1 every one or two days and you will see improvement.
