I wonder if any has a take on the best Pulse-Ox to capture one or more nights. Any comments would be welcome.

Ablong,

There are other discussion about this here. I'm sure I followed that discussion and as a result bought the Contec Wrist Pulse Oximeter Wearable Digital Pulse Oximeter CMS-50F CE FDA

You can get 'em at other places, but I got mine from Ebay for just over or under $100. It seems to have gone up a bit, but I think that's to do with currency fluctuation.

I've used it, the manual is carp, but the software works and so does the hardware. I showed it to my sleep Dr and they said they were wanting something similar because the Nonin one costs a fortune and is HEAVY. I had a two night home sleep test with it and it was a pig and a quarter.

Judging by the results I get from other pulse oximeters, I'm asthmatic and usually roll around 96/97%, I'd say the contec reads a little low and slow. Just my opinion and I'm not an expert.

I prefer the cms50I, because it records multiple sessions, around 95$ from aliexpress.

I vote for the 50i.
It also has rechargeable batteries.
I use it randomly, especially before a doctors appointment, so I can show the doc the data.
