You might want to try wearing a mouth guard with your FFM. It works for me, totally eliminating leaks. When I don't wear it, leaks start to wake me up 3-4 hours into my sleep. Here's a link to a video on this.

My DME told me I didn't have to return the mask. He said he just fills out paperwork and they send him a new one. I had only used it 3 nights, so I traded with another forum member who had a new mask I wanted.

I will post some screen shots when I get home tonight. I noticed in one it was 134 L/min. I am using the Airfit F10 which I like but as I mentioned before, I woke up on two separate occasions to find my bottom lip below the edge of the mask so that might have been when the large leak started.
