Re: Newbie - Help with Full Face Mask Please ---
I was doing really great with the Wisp also and I am a side sleeper. But I started getting dry mouth so my DME gave me the Airfit F10. Which I like because it's so light but then I tried the Quattro Air and I like that one better. Turns out I don't need a FFM but I'm so comfortable with it I've cont...

Re: Wisp by Respironics
Why do you trade off ? What criticisms of the Mirage do you have ? I have no criticisms of the Mirage. I just thought you were looking for a new nasal mask and thought I would suggest it. As for the forehead piece on the Mirage I agree that it is a non-issue. I usually cannot stand anything on my f...

Have you tried the Wisp nasal mask. It is also a very good nasal mask, doesn't have the forehead piece.. I used that one also for a while, alternated with the MIrage FX.

Re: Airfit n10 nasal mask vs. Mirage FX mask. Which is better?
Before switching to FFM I used the Mirage FX and it worked really well for me. I ordered the Airfit N10 and returned it because I couldn't control the leaks and my AHI went up. So, like any mask no can tell you 'which is better'. It's so individual. I haven't seen many reviews about the Mirage FX on...

Re: Anyone with both the Airfit F10 and the Quattro Air?
For me it's the Quattro Air. I got the Airfit F10 the beginning of May and loved it. About a week later I got the Quattro Air. I alternated between the two and for a while it was a toss up but eventually I found the Quattro Air works better for me than the Airfit F10. I use homemade liners (out of o...

Mine didn't come with clips, just loops but that's fine with me.

Re: Initial Feedback on AirFit F10 FF Mask
I made some liners out of old T-shirts and they work great at reducing leaks. I also bought a boil & bite mouth guard and last night I used it and the liner and had absolutely no leaks and I sleep on my side 90% of the night.

I agree it looks like a printer stand but I like the idea.JDS74 wrote:This looks like a stand for a smaller computer printer.
Neat idea though.

It makes you all warm and fuzzy to see that there are still such generous people out there.
This confirms to me that this forum is an outstanding group of people helping each other.

I got a message from her that she had received a lot of orders and was really busy. They were moving to a new warehouse and would be shipping the orders end of week.

Re: Gotta love insurance companies
I returned my "brick" to the DME and bought my own (full data machine) for a fraction of what it would have cost me thru them. When I returned it they in turn sent my PCP a letter stating that I was refusing treatment.

Re: Nasal pillows to nasal mask to FFM
My leaks are really minor (except those 2 nights and I believe that's when the FFM dislodged and woke me up), and I love the Airfit F10 and the Quattro Air (it's a toss up for me as to which I like better). I still have dry mouth so I guess there's something else going on. So, that being said, I tri...

Re: CVS Distilled Water Smelly?
That was it! I opened a new gallon of distilled water last night and woohoo, no smell. Thanks everyone.
FYI - my distilled water is from Costco - but this is the first time this has happened.
