Re: Initial Feedback on AirFit F10 FF Mask
As I said before, I did not buy mine on ebay, I just posted the link so you can see what it is. You can Google Snoring Mouth Guard or just Mouth Guard. Some are designed for snorers and have little holes in the front so you can still mouth breathe. Some are for sports and most of those are from uppe...

Re: Initial Feedback on AirFit F10 FF Mask
Is that mouthpiece a one size fits all or does it come in different sizes? Stevoreno_55 MS Gulf Coast 06/16/14 That's a one size as far as I know but here's another one a bit smaller. http://www.ebay.com/itm/STOP-SNORING-SOLUTION-Anti-Snore-Mouthpiece-Tray-Stopper-Sleep-Apnea-Mouthguard-/2813429402...

Re: Initial Feedback on AirFit F10 FF Mask
Been trying out the F10 and like it but the leaks are tough. Had pressure @ 14.5 and the leaks were too much ...even with the great Padacheek cover newly designed for it. I lowered the the pressure to 13 and notice a huge drop in leaks. Ahi is still usually under 1 but not 0 like @ the higher press...

Re: Nasal pillows to nasal mask to FFM
Since I don't mouth breathe I could not figure out why I was waking up with such severe dry mouth. Last Sunday I woke up and the light bulb went on. My doctor had just increased the dosage of my thyroid medication and then the dry mouth started. So, he changed my meds and what a relief, no more dry ...

Re: Initial Feedback on AirFit F10 FF Mask
I did not like the F10 . I was hoping I would but it's not right for my face for some reason. The cushion slides over my lip and basically ends up in my mouth. I'm going back to my Ultra mirage which gives me good treatment but I have to wear a first aid pad on my forehead because other wide the fo...

Re: Initial Feedback on AirFit F10 FF Mask
Sports Authority has a lot of mouth guards and a couple of boil & bite mouth guards. Make sure whichever one you buy that it's for both upper and lower teeth. I saw a lot that are just for the upper teeth and that wouldn't help to keep your bottom jaw forward. OK, thanks. Does the mouth guard have ...

Re: Initial Feedback on AirFit F10 FF Mask
WOW, thanks flyingwithoutwings, very interesting. Did you order your mouth guard from the web site in the video? No, when I saw the video I had a mouth guard that I bought for no particular reason, and that night I tried it and it worked. This is what I have. It really keeps the bottom jaw forward....

I was finally switched to Losartan and the cough is completely gone.zoocrewphoto wrote:I was switched to losartan. I had a mild cough, not too bad. It was always at night though, never during the day. I would defintely ask about switching it.

I used to be on Prinivil and had to stop taking it because of the coughing. After a few years I was put on Lisinopril and again had to get off them because of the coughing.Luthie2006 wrote:I am on blood pressure med (10 mg Lisinopril) and take it in the morning but don't cough at work.

Re: Initial Feedback on AirFit F10 FF Mask
What is a mouth guard and how is it used with a full face mask? All FFM I have used seem to leak some. I think it is happening when I sleep sideways. Next mask I am going to try out is a ResMed Quattro FX. That is what I used recently for a Titration study and the technician said it had very little...

Re: Initial Feedback on AirFit F10 FF Mask
My pressure is not high, 8-11, but I was getting some mean leaks when I first used the FFM. Since I started using liners or the mouth guard, all leaks are gone.

I still am not sure what the Elan cloth is supposed to do?? Is this an actual mask or is this the cushion that you put over a nasal mask to make the nasal mask softer? I am not quite sure, if someone can enlighten me. Follow the link to the Elan. I tried it but couldn't control the leaks and it was...

They even have them on ebay for as little as $8.09 with free shipping.
Walgreens has a similar one, adjustable, for $9.99 - no waiting.

Re: Newbie - Help with Full Face Mask Please ---
Have you considered keeping the WISP and using a soft cervical collar instead of a chin strap? Chin straps did nothing for me, but a cervical collar works great. It props my jaw up and forward (unlike the chin strap which pulls your jaw back into your throat). It is surprisingly comfortable. I spen...
