I just checked Ebay and the machine is still listed; the seller lists the machine's condition as new but when I scrolled down the seller's Ebay page it says the item is refurbished. Refurbished in my opinion is not new; it's refurbished. From the pictures posted it doesn't look new and the seller's positive feedback rating is a not so good 87.5%. There was one other machine listed; it was similar and the other seller has their machine listed as used and is asking $160.00 for it and while the other seller's positive feedback rating is listed as 100% Toolhaus.org listed one neutral and one negative feedback rating on the other seller.

If ebay catches the listing, they will pull it. A CPAP machine is medical equipment that is only supposed to be sold with a prescription. We all know you can sell to another person, but ebay has strict rules. Also, its not worth that much IMHO, I had a M series and while a good machine it has it quirks. Best of luck to the seller.
