S9 resumed humidifier

Post by agg9900 » Wed Apr 23, 2014 10:16 pm

Is there a way to alter the heated temperature on the humidifier? I getting to the point where it's too hot and get dry mouth and I can't have the full face mask on. It's getting really bad to the point I only have on for about a hour or less and off it comes, the mask. Leaks yes I do and it wakes me up. It's a Quattro mask and the headgear is terrible. For what you have to pay these things should work a lot better.

There's a video tutorial link in my signature box below my equipment list. You can see how to adjust the climate (temp and humidification) on the S9 there.

If it might be of any interest...I have never used the heater for your very point. I fill by tub with crushed ice every night as I want to be breathing in cool air and not warm air. I have yet to have any issues doing so.

The Quattro has been around for a long time and is the most popular FF mask. Personally I find the headgear to be very comfortable. As far as the humidifier goes....turn it off.
