Re: So Clean

I really don't care what everyone else says. I have SoClean and I happen to love it. No more "slime" in my humidifier tank and no more stale smell. I feel better and it has helped my sinus issues also. I hated cleaning my machine and hose. SoClean has been a worthwhile investment for me. Obviously, ...

Scent question

Would it be ok to place one of these near the intake filter to add some fragrance? http://www.bathandbodyworks.com/family/index.jsp?categoryId=69342196&cm_sp=FO-_-Home+Fragrance-_-Car+Scentportables&cp=69341856.69342796 I recently got the SoClean2 and I LOVE it, but it gives off a super funky odor t...

Essential oils

I have searched the threads here before I asked this is almost all of the questions I had were answered by doing that, but I still have 1. I have the ResMed S9 and am wondering what harm would there be in just putting a drop of essential oil directly on the black filter that fits into the back of my...

I'd suggest trying a fixed pressure of 9.5 or 10.0 cm.
Your tired feeling could be a result of the pressure changes during the night.

Thank you. I will try that and report back.

Re: Think I need to adjust something

The CAs (centrals) make me wonder...are you waking often during the night? If so, any idea why? I don't think I wake up a lot, but when I do it's because I feel like I can't breath (sinus issues), when that happens I normally whip the mask off and give up. Nothing is worse than feeling like I'm suf...

Think I need to adjust something

I'm posting the last week of my reports to see if I can get some advice. I've progressively been feeling more and more tired lately (few months) and since I have no clue what I'm looking at on these reports, I thought I'd post them here for some insight. Any thoughts/opinions will be appreciated. Th...

How are my reports looking?

I was here at the beginning of the month showing my reports and asking for advice. Well, I followed the advice and am here to see what you think of my latest reports. I know absolutely nothing when I look at these, so I really appreciate all the feedback I get here! Thanks in advance! http://i29.pho...

Thanks for the feedback! I'm definitely going to switch to 8/11 and see how it goes for a few nights.

How can I improve?

I have been trying to get my numbers to be better and am having no luck. Here are my results from the last 5 nights. Any suggestions? When I have my lower and upper pressures set too far apart, I end up waking up when it goes up and hitting ramp to bring it back down because I can't handle it. http:...

Re: Horrible night last night

Thanks Pugsy! I had increased my min from 5.0 to 6.0, but will jack that up tonight for sure! At 6.0 I don't even feel anything, feels totally normal. So I think putting it up will be no problem at all.

Re: Pad-A-Cheek for Simplus?

Simple suggestion; call Karen @ padacheek or send her an email. The mask is new so the liner may not have made it to her Web page yet. Karen answers email questions extremely fast. thanks. I did actually do that first. She doesn't have a template for that mask yet so that's why I was wondering if s...

Pad-A-Cheek for Simplus?

I can't find a pad a cheek mask liner specifically made for the F&P Simplus. Is anyone out there using one on there simplus that is working well? If so, which one? I made a liner out of a t-shirt, but would like to order one of these if I can.

Thanks,
Amy

Re: 6 weeks in... how am I doing?

Forgot to add... The result of my titration (where I'm not sure I even slept!) came back with a recommended starting at 8.0. When I was deciding whether to buy from the DME or not, she said if I went on my own I should get an auto since they wouldn't be able to help me.
