Reduce hyponeas?
Reduce hyponeas?
How do we reduce hyponeas? Is it a pressure thing? My apneas are almost gone, this is the biggest issue I am having.

It could be pressure, but the best thing to do is post a graph of a few days and let the experts take a look at it.
Re: Reduce hyponeas?
Yes, a Hypopnea is essentially an Obstructive Apnea where airflow is reduced by 50% or more, but not completely (which would be an actual OA). A little more pressure usually holds the airway a little more open which typically reduces the number of Hypopneas.alpha752 wrote:How do we reduce hyponeas? Is it a pressure thing? Of course, that assumes nothing else is going on in your data. As pointed out above, the best thing is to post screenshots of your data for review when in doubt of what you need to do.
