Los Angeles Sleep Doc/Lab Who Takes Medicare

Post by ldj325 » Wed Apr 16, 2014 1:50 am

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good sleep doctor with associated sleep lab in Los Angeles (prefer central LA to the Westside) who takes Medicare?
I need to be evaluated for an ASV device for treatment of CSA/Complex Apnea with Cheynes-Stokes Respiration. I also need someone who is able to cooperate with the fact I'll be looking at my data and want to be able to communicate about my case freely.

Thanks for any leads.

Doesn't UCLA have a sleep center? I don't what part of LA that's in, but I should think it would take Medicare; most teaching hospitals/clinics do. I know U of Minn Hospital does, and Mayo Clinic too, which is a private institution.

Now using AirFit F10 mask; Quattro Air is backup mask. RemZzzz mask liners with both.

You may use the link in my signature to find providers that take Medicare.
The green "M"s indicate contracted providers.
You may increase the distance field if the closer ones do not please you.

Thanks. i was hoping that someone might know of a doctor/lab from personal experience as the cooperative aspect of the doctor is important to me.
