Older versions of OSCAR

Is there a place where older versions of OSCAR are available for download? I am unable to install 1.5.3 on a Windows 11 Pro laptop. I have tried all the fixes I could find without a solution. I would like to see if an older version will install.

Earlier versions may only be compatible with earlier machines.
Your problem may be with your antivirus program.
