... am not sure how the modifications you describe could compensate for the strap attachment for the frame sitting so high - mid face- as the Wisp frame ... that did change the height so much, like it was lifting away from the neck, that it did destabilize the cushion too much. Maybe a person could modify the back strap, so that instead of it going around the lower neck, it could use "ear-loops" to go around the ears on each side instead and stay on that way... So, ...

I occasionally get a sore on the back of my neck where the lower strap hits my neck. When this happens, I drape a washcloth over my head and neck and then mask up. I do that for a few days and give the sore time to heal. Then I'm good for quite a while.

As the months have passed (5 months), my neck has become more achy and my range of motion ... by my sleeping pillow. Simply can't tolerate a strap around the lower head/upper neck. And any mask ... any position other than what comes natural is not an option. That's why I stick with the Tap Pap ...

Looks like a remake of a Cervical collar to me. No notch for the chin and a much smaller back of the neck strap. No advice on which size you might need tho, guess you have to buy all 3 to decide?
