I've always been a 6-8 hrs kinda guy. Now I wake less times during the night (usually only once vs. many) so I am much more refreshed and alert during the day.

Seems my replacement swift fx nasal pillows are only lasting about two weeks??! I wash them daily with Ivory Original Soap and hot water. However, they start leaking mid-way through the night. I sleep in a couple of phases: I always wake after the first 3-4 hrs. I normally fall back asleep quickly, but last night I was up for 1.5 hr reading, then slept another 4 hrs.

I used my first one a little over two months - I just take it out and flick any dust off it weekly. It was still white when I replaced it and most likely didn't really need to.

Mine is worse supine. However, my OSA is severe either way so I sleep supine and have no treatment issues.

The hotel night stand was slightly higher than the mattress and was very smooth. I remembered someone here used the drawer - which I did. Everything worked out great.
