Re: Do I need to replace my Resmed S7?

hmm I may be mistaken but I think most policies state a CPAP can be replaced every 5 years expecilly with insurance. That is likely so, however I haven't looked at the benefits under my current plan (I got my first machine nine years ago). Its probably 50% of cost, and who knows if they would requi...

Re: Do I need to replace my Resmed S7?

It shows a message that the Motor life has been exceeded. It is about nine years old and has served me very well. Does it still work, even with the message? I believe I read that, ResMed shows that message automatically after so many hours (25k ??) I believe I read somewhere that ResMed lowered the...

Re: Do I need to replace my Resmed S7?

In your place I’d definitely want a new machine. My recommendation would be any of these ResMed machines: Airsense 10 Autoset Airsense 10 Autoset for Her Airsense 11. The 11 is very new, and you can read about it in the long thread on the subject below. The other two are the same, except that the F...

Do I need to replace my Resmed S7?

It shows a message that the Motor life has been exceeded. It is about nine years old and has served me very well. What would be the replacement to this machine? I was shopping for a battery backup and the S7 isn't even listed as a CPAP that the battery backup will serve. Can anyone give me an idea o...

Oh bullshit. I was personally attacked and you assholes have the gall to act like I'm the bad guy here. I don't want help from people like you. You KNOW you're wrong but play this holier than thou bullshit and sticking to for your online "friends" instead of doing the right thing. Be proud of yours...

Re: Breeze User Needs New Nasal Pillow Recommendation

Mohawk-style, I like the descriptor. The Tap Pap does this, but it's a very different set up in that the pillows are set in a mouthpiece, rather than something on your face. The website has it available if you want to get a visual.

When I have forgotten to log in, it will post as Guest, but says I've also posted under ughwhatname. I think it looks at IP address.

Re: $50 off Tap Pap mask at cpap.com - now $79!

Howdy, We have no plans to discontinue this mask. I agree that it is under appreciated mask which deserves more market share than it has. Johnny Well, that is very good to hear! I'm still selling a friend on the mask. She just got her equipment this week, and already bothered with the straps, etc f...

$50 off Tap Pap mask at cpap.com - now $79!

I sure hope they are not discontinuing! Only 4% of customers use this mask, but they are very happy customers (4.5 stars)

I referred the mask to a friend, went to cpap.com to get the link to send, and see it on sale for $79! I think I'll buy some back ups. Bestest mask ever. Pillows last forever.

Re: Now, I officially hate Apria

Shop of all shocks, I received the letter from Apria today. It says, "After close review of your account we see that those items were returned back to our company, therefore, we have adjusted this invoice from patient obligation." They don't have my credit card any longer, since I had to cancel it d...

Re: First Night with TAP PAP - Observations and Questions

I use the Tap Pap and absolutely love this mask. Been using it since it came out over a year ago, and I still have the original cushions. What a cost savings!

I route my hose over the headboard, and it rarely gets in the way. I think with time, you'll find it isn't as intrusive.

Re: Now, I officially hate Apria

Here's the latest. I am currently on the phone with Apria. When the gal answered the phone, I got her name, confirmed it, asked if the call was being recorded, which she confirmed and I said, "Good, because I am recording this call as well." (That'll make you sit up straight!) I calmly explained the...

Re: Apria Healthcare Fraud

I am a newbie who has also had horrible experiences with Apria. I've only been using them for a little over a month and already fired them. Still waiting for them to put money back in my account that they took without authorization. Good luck. I hope they follow through. I am still fighting the cha...

I just posted an update to my nightmare with Apria on another thread. It is very discouraging.

Re: Now, I officially hate Apria

Sadly this saga continues. In semi, I received unsolicited equipment in March. I contacted them, and they acknowledge that I never placed an order with them. They sent a call ticket with Federal Express and the items were returned to them, which they also acknowledge. This was on March 20. However, ...
