I've been on CPAP for a little over a year and there have been at least 3 nights where I had crazy clusters of hypopneas of 28 or more. Never did figure out what happened (aliens??!!) I also figured I would not worry unless it was something that was happening consistently, which it wasn't.

The PadACheek liners need to be cut to fit your mask or face.

After spending a whole day trying to clean the "orange" gunk out of my humidifier, I now exclusively use distilled water - even to clean it.

When my insurance company changed suppliers, the old supplier sent a messenger to pick up my old machine. I think they called me to tell me when they would. It was done within about 3 weeks. I got a receipt.
I gave it to them without the SD card in it.

So 2 nights and no power and no back up batteries, so 2 nights without using the CPAP. And I actually miss it!! I can't even believe I just said that. I'm quite tired! Anyway, hopefully our power will come back on soon.... but who knows, because so many people on Long Island in New York are without....
