One google result on brain fog says: "Brain fog sums up feelings of confusion, forgetfulness, and lack of focus and mental clarity" http://bebrainfit.com/stop-brain-fog-kn ... solutions/, while another source says: "brain fog is as if you don't experience the real life, but kind of half-dream through the life"
As an OSA-er on treatment, I do have memory, fatigue and concentration problem, but there is one more feeling I want to decode: a weird feeling on my head in the morning (from 10:00 --> 13:00), that I am not sure how to call it.
In the picture below
- At area 1: I feel a pressure in a strange way: something is constantly bothering me, like a tension, or numbness. This only happens in the morning, 10:00 --> 13:00
- At area 2: A mixture of pain and tension. Not only in the morning, but I do feel pain there as well if I use my brain too much (thinking excessively)
- At area 3: a mixture of pain and pressure. This only happens in the morning, 10:00 --> 13:00

This weird feeling in the morning seems stronger if the evening before I did not sleep early at ~ 21:00 but do something with computer (read, do administration work, emailing, ....)
Do you know which area of my head relate to the brain fog the most, or none of them at all ?
