I have had the top of the line Select Comfort mattress going on about 10 years. It did cost a lot of money. It can be very comfortable. Check to see if your machine has a 12-volt adapter cord available. I know that there is one available for the M-Series machine that I have. It is much more efficient to run off of 12 volts than it is to convert DC to AC with an inverter, then convert the AC back down to DC in the machine. Plus it sa...

I have rather severe breathing problems. No amount of pressure helps if I sleep on my back. On my sides, I was titrated at 13/19 on bipap.
