Re: Need to record awake time
http://imageshack.us/a/img832/3629/zeoo.jpg The Zeo records wake times but its not down to the second. Might be some mods out there but I don't know. I wear it each night and it does record each wake time accurately for me. If I could get half that amount of "Deep Sleep", I think I could cut down o...

Re: 12 events in 15 minutes!!
Was it aliens, or did you find out the reason? I had to blame the aliens this time. Never really could come up with a possible answer. Maybe I was having a good sex dream... that would account for holding my breath. I don't remember it if I did. Darn it. I don't remember being awake either but it's...

Re: My Zeo Bedside no longer sounds an alarm?
Try a factory reset. Its in the settings. Oh, I didn't think of that. I unplugged it a few times and waited like 30 seconds each time to plug it back in to no avail. I've sent a customer service request to their support email describing the "no audio" problem. Will consider trying the factory reset...

I don't think it could hurt a thing. I would set it from 5 - 8 aPAP mode.

Re: My Zeo Bedside no longer sounds an alarm?
Silly question but are you giving it enough time for the volume level to gradually rise so that you can hear it? Thanks for asking but yea I'm sure because as my other "backup" alarms sounded last couple days, I looked up and it was like 5 to 10 minutes past the Zeo alarm time and the screen on the...

My Zeo Bedside no longer sounds an alarm?
The alarm goes off - I can see it on the screen asking to press the (alarm) button and the > which I do to stop it. I get no audio whatsoever. Tried going into the settings and changing the (ringer) or whatever tone it's called to others. Is there a volume setting somewhere or something else I may h...

Re: Centrals been on the rise a bit.. Lower pressure?
Thanks for your thoughts Pugsy. I just looked and I've been on the straight 9cm pressure for exactly one full week now and I think had mentioned I would give it two weeks so at this point I will do that before making ANY changes and then re-evaluate things. I can't say yay or nay regarding straight ...

Re: OT: Tragic Shooting.
I was only thinking of the kids and families when I posted this thread. It would of been nice to see the "Guns are bad/ Guns are good" argument in another thread but it is as it as. In keeping with my OP I will not state whether i agree with a gun ban/control or not here. Instead I will ask that ev...

Re: Sudafed questions
All I can add is the doctor warns against using Sudafed if your BP is at all borderline high as this will make it skyrocket usually. Be careful. My doc also told me that 1 squirt of Afrin per Nostril each night won't get me into the "rebound" effect as in using it throughout the day - Just use it at...

Re: Nasal pillow & mask cushion storage. How long until go bad?
The jar sounds like a plan, maybe even kept in the dark, with a new charcoal capsule. I have a mask I lent for 5 days to the wife of a HEAVY smoker. I did what you did; to no effect; then I tossed it aside and forgot about it. 3 months later, I couldn't smell the smoke. The key ingredient was TIME....
