OT WHY? Why are we having this discussion here. Is cpaptalk your whole life? Seriously, step away. Live elsewhere, in the real world.

Re: OT: Nurse Jacintha Saldanha

I'm over the OT crap. I'm going back to SA topics or going away. This forum has suffered enough in substance and credibility. If you are looking for a social network, FB is good for that. This forum provided a valuable platform form me and a wealth of information when I faced OSA and needed informat...

Re: Events are on the increase.

AARRGGHH don't you hate when you lose a really long post! Soo what I was going to say was... in it's now abreviated format We forget that new users don't have data to compare to. Gillean your leak line is scary. Your event line is scary. This example is 10 hours and the leak stays up for a period. Y...

Re: Events are on the increase.

What I was going to say over there.... I really think you have to get the leaks under control. Your leak line is so jagged that it seems you are either fixing leaks all night, or the mask is leaking with every breath. I also think some of us fight the pressure. Looking at your event line it is hard ...

Yea, John's post was, well.. John's post. Gillian, I think you got responses, but beyond the.... nevermind, I am going to post in your other thread, because there already 2 threads that have to be looked at to really get your situation and adding a 3rd won't help. I'll just say that your situation i...

Re: OT but health related as a way to reduce cancer rates

"3 out of every 4 meat eaters live their entire lives without having cancer." Yup, and less than 10% of smokers will develop lung cancer - does that make it a good idea to smoke? Basically i don't care what people do with their own bodies, in fact, i support the legalization of all drugs. And i bel...

I finally cut the cord.
If you have a 50H, I recommend you set the direction sensor to OFF, rather than auto. It's just not worth it.

Re: Discussion with my GP

the average level of help from MDs and/or the DMEs seems pretty disgraceful - I've come to have so much more respect for DENTISTS as professionals over the medical community. If you go to your dentist to have work done it seems that the dentist at least feels that it is THEIR responsibility to actu...

you're supposed to replace the sensor How often Bob, the bedside unit will signal to replace the sensor after 90 day of use. The signal has nothing to do with the quality of the sensor. It is strictly based on days used. You can reset the signal by following the steps to replace the sensor without ...
