What is the best way to make sure that you can keep your mask on all night?
I am having some problems taking it off at night and then waking up realizing it's not on and put it back on. And then I repeat the process two or three times a night. I have a aloha mask which is very comfortable and I would hate to give it up. I have the Swift FX mask but I like the aloha mask much better than the Swift FX.
Any suggestions would be most welcome as my compliance rate is dropping.
Thanks

Handcuffs!
Duct tape!
Do you know why? As in does your data show a bunch of leaks before it is removed?

1) Tape it to your face--sticky enough tape so pulling it off will wake you up!
2) Mittens.
3) wear it in the daytime--long enough that your subconscious will trust it when you are asleep.

Maybe a chinstrap, if you have one, wrapped in such a way to anchor the aloha side straps to your face so they can't be dislodged. An ace bandage would work as well...

maybe medical exam gloves. tape the thumb and index finger together to make it hard to take it off. if you can't stop and don't remember, make it difficult so you get frustrated and wake up. its better to wake up and go back to sleep than taking it off and sleeping without it.

Re: best way to keep your mask on?
Since both of your masks are nasal pillows, maybe a change to a regular nasal mask would work? You never know till you try.

Re: best way to keep your mask on?
Thanks, mask stayed on with a chinstrap over it. It took my wife and I to put it on in that configuration, but is was worth the effort. Six actual hours of sleep, haven't had that in a month!!
I actually did up a pair of gloves, just in case.
Thanks again
