Aloha and Pilairo

Post by neverbetter » Tue Aug 21, 2012 3:40 pm

Aloha return insurance was 9.00 and the cost is 99.00 (on our host's site)
Pilairo return insurance is over 45.00 and the cost is only 88.00

does that mean that less than 10% of Aloha's are returned and over 50% of Pilairo's are returned ?
how is the insurance determined ? Does anyone know?

Cpap.com says they use an ever-changing and proprietary algorithm, but I think we can surmise that there are MANY more Pilairos being returned than Alohas.

I get the insurance, but don't most manufacturers offer a 30 day return or exchange policy anyway? At least an exchange, right?
