I cut up my memory foam pillow to fit. I downloaded Karen's pillow pattern on this forum and used it to cut the sides out of my favourite pillow. Works great!!! My quattro fits nicely into the cut outs. I am a side sleeper too and turn over a couple of times a night with no problems.
Cheers ..Nan

Re: Newbee Here Has A Girl Question
Morning
The red mark I had was more like a burn mark on my face from my ffm. I used some cotton and made a remzzz ( as shown on this forum) and voila no more burn mark.

Re: My first of many questions
Welcome Sean I am also a newby (1 month) and have been "tweaking" my set up ever since. I too attached my hose to my headboard and yesterday I modified one of my memory foam pillows to adapt for my full face mask. I cut a semi circle out of each end of my pillow and now my mask does not get shifted ...

Re: Anyone try to make their own homemade Remzzzs?
I copied the outline of a remzzz, but added a bit to go over my forehead pad (resmed quattro). Now its anchored to my mask by the forehead piece therefore when I have to take off my mask to do the nightly nocturnal whizz thing, I don't have to go fishing for it when I come back to bed...its still at...

Re: Wedge
I was told to raise the head of my bed by four inches insted of a wedge. I just got someone to help we lift it and added a block on each side. Works fine! Cost me nothing!

Re: Poll: Senitive/Hyperarousable Sleepers
I have always been a light sleeper, wake at the slightest sound. About seven years ago I had a viral infection in my brain which left me deaf in my right ear.......now if things are getting to me during the night, I simply roll over with my good ear mashed into the pillow...I don't hear a thing. ......

Hi Sunstarzmoonz
Were you able to find a copy of the pattern for the pillowpal? If so, I would also like a copy, if not we can keep trying.
